I've been jogging all my life, but I recently needed to adapt just like everyone else due to Covid as well as pandemics and lockdowns which is why I started running inside. I'm also biking inside, this amazing stationary bike is simply extraordinary.. The digital display shows you the natural surroundings as you ride through the most exotic terrains, countries and planets. Similar to the running section on the treadmill, it shows the 360-degree immersive virtual reality of each trail. It is possible to look either to the left or right but be careful not to fall. It is quite distracting, but it's also very relaxing and makes you appreciate your time.. Watch out, that can make you also forget what's going on and fly off the treadmill.


What I find easier now is to make my cycling and running sessions as exact as possible. What do I mean? Simply put, I listen to a select number of songs that I've chosen according to their beats per minutes value. I am a gear nerd. I classify all music I hear to the special category. There's a huge selection of dance music I enjoy, making it easy to choose from. I start with songs that are slower that are between 80-90 BPM. This helps me warm up and feel more like a walk. Then, I gradually increase the BPM of the songs by 5-10 beats/minute depending on the way my body feels and whether I'm able to carry on the workout. You can continue to do it. Sometimes, I add trampoline. It's great for indoor exercise however my wife is always watching.

My running mix or more precisely, my exercise mix takes me approximately two hours to complete my route. I find that my speed is increasing enough that I can accelerate my pace and run faster. So I started adding more steps and making it more difficult. It is easy to pick up speed with less effort. Slowly increasing my speed, I and finish the workout at a faster pace each time. When I am doing this, I sit down to watch television and listen to music. It helped me shed 10, maybe 15% of my body weight already. I'd like to be the campaign's hero, showing that inside living does not have to make you fat or look unattractive. It's false. You can spend time with your friends to improve your body and build muscles, you will live longer to display it later on.

Youtube provides a lot music to keep me running. I use mp3 converter to convert it. It's easy to use, I just type in BPM I'd like to hear and it will show me a few choices, I choose the ones I am familiar with and enjoy and look for faster songs and also quicker.. They typically sound great. The beginnings are slower and then get quicker. The mixes are DJ's measure, so they don't make it more difficult or quicker than they is supposed to be. It's not required to download Youtube videos to convert them to MP3, but it's a standard practice. Download your files but do not share them with anyone.
